MAYONNAISE
Lemon sauce, which is flavored with mustard or vinegar, underlie many varieties of mayonnaise such as ’’mayonnaise verte’’ (with gren vegetable pureé), ’’sauce remoulade’’ (with anchovy, pickle and capers), ’’sauce aioli’’ (Provans mayonnaise with plenty of garlic) “Thousand Islands’’ and Russian salad sauce.
LEMON SAUCE:
It’s a practical product which reached the same aromas with the lemon used in salads and soups and which carries lemon content.

VINEGAR
“Vinegar of Grapes is produced via the method of fermentation of grapes and is bottled without human touch by fully automatic computerized machines in a hygienic environment. Vinegar is produced from 100% grapes and apple, and no ARTIFICIAL AROMA and ADDITIVES were used. Our capacity of production is 3 million liters per year. We have products in glass and plastic packages in sizes of 500 ml., 1000 ml., 2000 ml., 5000 ml. Moreover, we have productions in bulk or special packages according to demands of consumers. Our productions are carried out in compliance with food codex.”
